Industry Day
Students engage with professionals from leading companies in semiconductors, photonics, and advanced manufacturing. They explore potential career pathways and gain insights into real-world applications of STEM concepts.
Education Day
Students delve deeper into academic opportunities in STEM fields through partnerships with local colleges and educational institutions. They learn about educational pathways that can lead to rewarding careers in technology and innovation.
Final Pitch
The culmination of the SparkAlpha Explore program, the Final Pitch, allows students to showcase their innovative ideas for integrated photonics devices. They present their concepts, along with detailed business and financial models, to a panel of judges, gaining valuable experience in entrepreneurship and product development.
