Dr. McComber worked in semiconductor manufacturing, financial services, and academia prior to founding the Spark Photonics Foundation.

Mr. Vigneau was a high school teacher for eight years and also worked in higher education and youth programming prior to leading the SparkAlpha program.

Ms. Mahoney has over 15 years of experience teaching in public school classrooms and developing curriculum in robotics.

Ms. Outler has taught for over 11 years across STEM topics and has had roles in curriculum design and project-based learning.
